Refund Policy
At My Elite Marketplace, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window
We have a 14 to 30-day return policy, meaning you have 14 to 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. Items must be in the same condition that you received them — unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that some items may not qualify for a return or exchange due to the supplier's business policy (see Exceptions below).
How to Return or Exchange an Item
To start a return or exchange, contact us at myelitemarketplace@gmail.com with the subject line "Support - Refund" or "Support - Exchange" and include the following:
- Your name and order number
- Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for the return or exchange
- Photo evidence if the item is defective or damaged
Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
For exchanges: the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returned to Sender
If you provide the wrong address and your order is returned to us by the carrier, we will reship it to you. You will need to pay a shipping and handling fee to cover the cost of reshipping. If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will issue a refund, but the refund will not include original shipping costs, priority processing, or insurance.
Sometimes the manufacturer refuses these packages or the postal carrier destroys them. If we do not receive the package back, we can provide a 50% store credit toward a new item.
If you provided the correct address and the order was still returned, we will reship it free of charge. If you wish to change the address, a shipping and handling fee will apply.
Order Cancellation
Our products are fulfilled on demand, meaning they are specifically ordered for each customer at the time of purchase. Because of this, we will do our best to cancel or modify orders within 12 hours of purchase. This is not a guarantee. Please contact us via email as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale/clearance items and gift cards

Clearance Items
Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include original packaging, and we make no guarantees about their condition.
International Shipping & Customs
Customs duties, taxes, and charges are not included in our base price and are the shopper's responsibility, as each country has different customs and tax laws. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs due to customs processing.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
